Washington native Bailey Bryan grew up playing and singing on the streets in front of her favorite taco stand in her small town of Sequim. A storyteller at heart, Bryan’s music simultaneously captures her generation and is wisely crafted beyond her years.
Exclusive Music Publishing Agreement With Kompass
At the age of 7, she met future publisher and mentor, Becki Devries of Kompass Music Publishing in Nashville. In 2013, Becki held a songwriting seminar, which Bailey attended. Bailey Bryan signed an exclusive music publishing agreement with Kompass Music Publishing later that year and began making monthly trips to Nashville to hone her songwriting craft.
Recording Deal With Warner Music Nashville and 300 Entertainment
Shortly after Bryan relocated to Nashville, she inked a first-ever joint recording deal with Warner Music Nashville and 300 Entertainment in New York as 300’s first-ever country release. “Own It” was one of the first songs she co-wrote when she began her monthly trips to Nashville from Washington. A dance-worthy, autobiographical anthem that encourages others to live blatantly and embrace their flaws, “Own It” is now available.
