Many movie lovers will relate to the family-centric themes in Life Itself, which is scheduled for release on September 21, 2018. The film focuses on a young New York couple transitioning from college romance to marriage and the birth of their first child. Like many couples, this one must deal with–and adapt to–some unexpected surprises, testing the strength of their bond.

Familiar Themes and Tender Scenes in a Multigenerational Story

Revealing the same gift for exploring familiar issues that many of us experience, director and writer Dan Fogelman (“This Is Us”) looks at the ups and downs of everyday life in a multigenerational story. Set in New York City and Carmona, Spain, Life Itself celebrates the human condition and all of its complications with humor, poignancy and love. With two of our favorite locations in the world spotlighted along with romantic moments, this new movie is definitely one that Artsphoria’s group is looking forward to watching.

International Star-Studded Cast of Talented Actors and Actresses

An international ensemble adds extra interest to the appeal of Life Itself.  The cast includes Oscar Isaac, Olivia Wilde, Antonio Banderas, Annette Bening, Olivia Cooke, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Laia Costa, Alex Monner and Mandy Patinkin. As dedicated fans of Bening and Patinkin who consistently deliver performances with emotional depth, Artsphoria’s group felt compelled to add Life Itself to our recommended watchlist.
