Michael Smith, Rob Gentile, Vikram Vij and Connie DeSousa are among the chefs contributing to Inspired Cooking, a cookbook focusing on nutrition. With contributions from 21 chefs, the book also profiles cancer survivors.
InspireHealth, a not-for-profit organization approved by the BC Ministry of Health that provides supportive cancer care for all Canadians, funded the cookbook (Fresh Air Publishing, 2016). All proceeds from sales go toward sustaining InspireHealth‘s services.
